North Lebanon is facing a crisis. Over the past four years, we've seen a dramatic increase in poverty levels due to economic hardship and ongoing security threats. According to a recent World Bank report, Lebanon's poverty rate has more than tripled over the past decade, now affecting 44% of the population. This alarming trend highlights the urgent need to strengthen social safety nets and address growing inequalities.

Our initiative aims to provide essential support within the blessed month to some of the most vulnerable members of our community—including orphans, the elderly, families, Palestinians and Syrian refugees and those living in the most deprived areas of North Lebanon. These individuals have been hit hardest by the economic crisis and they need our help now more than ever.
